We have had journeymen earn the equivalent of 120-130k a year total comp!

Business Development Manager
Bulk Storage Building Solutions is seeking an outgoing and customer-oriented team member to join our
organization and work with existing and potential clients. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting
with potential clients, educating them about our services, and building a professional relationship with
them.
The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include the following:
• Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors and proactively satisfy and retain our clients
• Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those
relationships
• Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships
• Schedule one-on-one meetings with potential clients to explain the services we offer to guide
their choices
• Schedule site visits with prospects
• Prepare presentations
• Keep team updated, via e-mail, on daily activities and brief them about meetings with existing
and potential clients
• Attend tradeshows and conferences
Qualifications:
• Ability to build Foster and maintain positive and professional relationships
• Devotion to high quality customer service
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to develop an in depth understanding of the business and services we offer
• Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude
• Must be available to travel domestically up to six hours from Evansville IN with the need for
overnight trips often
• This role is eligible for remote work.
• Proficient in normal, present day computer skills and technology
• Experience in sales is a plus but not required
• General construction knowledge is a plus but not required
Compensation:
• Salary
• Scheduled graduating commission (no ceiling)
• Discretionary annual company bonuses
