Commercial Concrete Gang Forming Systems
An additional benefit to our clients is our breadth of experience with commercial concrete gang forming systems which enables safe and efficient cast-in-place concrete footings and walls to be installed when necessary. In applications that merit, we also have noteworthy experience with Pre-cast concrete systems used for building projects.
Material Handling Systems
The building systems designed for clients often include Material Handling Systems provided by vendors that specialize in conveyance of bulk commodities (also known as “Receiving Systems” and “Load-outs” respectively). These systems much be designed to function properly with the facility while also being right-sized to keep the entire logistics operation running smooth.
Traffic Pattern Studies
Another critical aspect of the building system designs we help create are the traffic pattern studies that help evaluate/determine how tractor trailer and (at times) rail traffic will navigate new facilities in order to move the high volume of bulk materials in and out efficiently.
Repair and Maintenance Services
Another significant aspect of what we provide are repair and maintenance services of existing facilities. Our company repairs and services numerous different facilities for existing and new clients on a regular basis. The repairs are performed with OEM parts or custom fabricated parts as dictated on a case-by-case basis depending on what is most suitable for the application as well as the client. This aspect of the business is experiencing rapid growth in these challenging times where there is a much lower number of skilled personnel to accommodate the needs of the industries we serve. As with new projects, we pride ourselves in quality execution of these projects.
